Beverage Estimator for Parties

Soft Drinks: Reg & Diet Cola, Reg & Diet Lemon-Lime, Unsweetened Tea

HOW MANY DRINKS DO I NEED?
• Non-Alcoholic/Soft Drinks: 1-2 servings per guest in the first hour, plus 1 for each additional hour of the party; add a few more if the weather is warm
• Wine: 1 bottle (750ml) for every 2 guests
• Beer: 1 bottle (12oz) per person for every half hour
• Cocktails: allow 1.5oz for each drink; each 750ml bottle makes about 16 drinks

HOW MUCH ICE DO I NEED?
You'll need 2lbs of ice per guests to keep beverages chilled. Fill a cooler or tub with ice if there's no room in the freezer. Keep coolers/tubs near drink stations and be sure to keep ice for glasses separate from ice used to chill bottles/cans.

HOW MANY GLASSES/CUPS DO I NEED?
Expect each guest to use at least 2 cups/glasses.

HOW MANY NAPKINS DO I NEED?
Expect each guest to use 4 napkins. Even if you're not serving food, cocktail napkins protect furniture, mop up spills, and keep guests' hands clean.

WHAT GARNISHES DO I NEED?
