Augusta Winery immediately offered to help, however, we had to wait until they were bottling their port wine. The same day they dumped the port barrel, they rushed it over to us and Switchgrass picked it up, filling it instantly. 

This 2 year rye has been finished in an Augusta port barrel for 4 months and bottled at a cask strength of 113.3 proof.
