Bourbon County Release Details Wed, Nov 23, 22 Bourbon County Release Details Posted November 23, 2022 It's that time of the year again: Goose Island Bourbon County Stout is being released! We have again decided to release everything online, so you won't need to line up outside at 4am on Black Friday and brave the cold. Stay home, stay safe, and shop in your PJs! At approximately 12:01 am on Friday, 11/25, Goose Island Bourbon County Stout and the variants will be available ONLINE at ShopRandalls.com. The reality of the situation is that they will all be sold out before any of the stores open at 10:00am. Should there be any left after the initial 12:01am release, they will be available for purchase in our stores. However, your best bet is to purchase online. HELPFUL HINTS - Please Read Carefully! 1) No one will be answering phones or emails when Bourbon County goes on sale. Don't wait until the last minute to ask for instructions or clarification. (Our stores are open 10am-8pm on Wednesday, Closed Thursday and open 10am-9pm on Friday.) 2) Download our Apple or Google app early to shop via your phone. You can also shop online at ShopRandalls.com. 3) Register for an account at ShopRandalls.com. This is NOT the same as having a store VIP account. Please make sure to use the same phone number that is associated with your VIP account so we can credit you for the sales. 4) Add a credit card to your account early! Waiting to enter your card with items in your cart may allow other customers to finalize their orders while you are fumbling to enter your credit card number. 5) MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING INFO ON SHOPRANDALLS.COM MATCHES THE BILLING INFO ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Any orders with mismatched billing info will be declined and all purchased items refunded. 6) When on ShopRandalls.com or the app, make sure you are shopping at the correct store location, since we will NOT be transferring between stores. (You can switch between stores by clicking the red "Change" button in the top right corner of the ShopRandalls.com page.) 7) Each store may have different selections. 8) Be patient. With the amount of traffic, the website may be slow. 9) Products should appear online roughly at 12:01am on Friday, 11/25. Once the products sell out, they will no longer be shown on the website. 10) Just because you put an item into your cart, does NOT mean you have purchased it. The sale needs to be finalized.
