The San Marzano Edda Bianco is elegant and complex. This wine takes you on a trip to the Mediterranean. Light peach, fresh herbs and mineral notes on the palate. The nose is delightful with a beautiful florality and delicate vanilla notes. Pair this wine with salty hard cheeses, mussels in a white wine sauce, and margarita pizza.
