Laughing Dog

Sneaky Pete is a blend of five hop types: Simcoe, Glacier, Centennial, Vanguard and Hallertuaer, with Simcoe playing the dominate role at 30%. In addition, three separate malts were used: Honey Malt, Rye Malt, and Munich Malt. The brew has a copious aroma of white grapefruit, citrus overtones, a complex rich middle and long flavors in the finish; a real beauty. Finished with wild clover honey.

Back In-Stock: 2011 Montes Classic Cabernet Sauvignon – 90 points Wine Advocate
“The 2011 Montes Classic Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 15% Merlot and offers a simple black currant, vanilla and violet bouquet that is joyful and well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent tannin, crisp raspberry and dark cherry fruit, zesty acidity and lovely focus on the finish. At this price, it would be hard to find a better Cabernet. Drink now-2016. ” – Neal Martin

2011 Bodegas Y Vinedos Ilurce Rio Madre Graciano – 91 points Wine Advocate
“The same characteristics are also present in the 2011 Rio Madre. It exhibits slightly riper blackberry fruit intermixed with notions of licorice, wood smoke, camphor and a vivid floral display. These cuveés are aged in French oak prior to bottling. Both should drink well for 2-5 years.” – Robert Parker

2011 Garnacha de Fuego – 92 points Wine Advocate
“The 2011 Garnacha de Fuego, a 100% Grenache cuvee, was aged in both stainless steel and neutral French oak. There are 10,000 cases for the United States. This amazing wine boasts a dark ruby/purple color along with a sweet kiss of jammy black cherries intertwined with crushed rock notes that give the wine an undeniable minerality. As it hits the palate, a full-bodied, voluptuous texture takes hold and the flavor profile moves towards blacker fruits (ripe raspberries and black currants) intermixed with camphor and forest floor. This full-bodied, rich, glycerin-filled effort should drink well for 4-5 years, perhaps longer.” – Robert Parker

Pierre Ferrand 1840 Original Formula

Pierre Ferrand 1840

All Ferrand Cognacs are derived from vineyards in the heart of the chalk-rich and mineral laden soils of the Grande Champagne region.

1840 *** cognac offers ripe, juicy grapes to the nose, accented with meadow flowers, notes of acacia tree blossom and a bracing hint of cedar. On the palate, it’s warm with fruit notes yet still very clean. The finish shows lots of honey and spice.
