Made from 100% moscato d’Asti, the bouquet is delicate and intense with aromas of fruit (apple, peach) and spices (sage). The palate is sweet and smooth with lingering aromatic persistence. A refreshing and pleasant wine, perfect for brunch, picnics or poolside.
“Each year, one of the finest Moscatos comes from Rinaldi, and the fabulous label and hilarious reference to ‘bug juice’ only adds to the fun. This light-bodied, low alcohol (4-5%) Moscato is bursting with notes of honeysuckle, lychee nuts, peaches, mangoes and spring flowers. The intoxicatingly intense aromatics are followed by a wine with some residual sugar, although that component is well-balanced by the wine’s acidity and freshness. These Moscatos are best drunk in their first 6-9 months of life, so drink this Bug Juice up immediately. “

Yalumba Y Series Shiraz 2010
The Yalumba Y Series of quality wines salutes our proud history of viticulture and winemaking in South Australia. Significantly, the individual icons on each label reflect the labours, inventive thinking and aspirations of all at Yalumba.
This Shiraz depicts our coopers toiling in our cooperage crafting magnificent oak barrels, a proud Yalumba tradition in a wine world that has precious few of these truly gifted artisans.
The 2010 Yalumba Y Series Shiraz is deep crimson red in colour. It displays aromas of boysenberry and ripe cherry, complemented by a hint of cinnamon oak. The palate shows a core of sweet fruit that make this variety so beloved. Flavours of boysenberry and ripe cherry continue with a moderate level of tannin, full body and hearty finish. A perfect accompaniment for Mediterranean inspired pizza.
89 points- The Wine Spectator (May 31, 2012) “Lithe, with a pepper character informing the dark berry and current flavors. All lingering effortlessly on a velvety finish.”

Inspired by Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie’s head of whisky creation, travels across France’s greatest vineyards and the friends made along the way, Glenmorangie Companta (Scots Gaelic for ‘friendship’) is a refined balance between bold spice and rich, smooth sweetness; the result of a careful assemblage of spirit extra matured in Grand Cru casks from Clos de Tart and those of a lusciously sweet fortified wine from Côtes du Rhône.
On the nose, Companta exudes rich, ‘autumnal’ scents of red berries and damp forest floors, with a hint of fragrant woodsmoke complementing notes of aromatic, nutty oak.
Upon tasting, a spicy palate redolent of cherries and stewed fruits is slowly revealed, as notes of sugared plums, blood orange and rose-hip syrup emerge alongside milk chocolate and brown sugar.
Companta lingers on with a rich, mouth-coating finish.
FEW Rye, from Evanston, IL was named Whiskey Advocate’s Craft Whiskey of the Year for 2013.
From Lew Bryson’s review: “Although it’s young, the whiskey is well-made and clean in character, not funky and flawed, which still counts for a lot these days. As I said in my review (an 89 score), “Straightforward rye crisps out of the glass in no-nonsense style; dry grain, sweet grass, and light but insistent anise almost wholly drown out the barrel character.” It’s backed up on the palate, where you’ll get more rye, some tarragon and dry mint spice, and then some oak in the warming finish”
FEW also produces a 3-grain bourbon. Handcrafted in small batches and aged in charred oak barrels, it is a bourbon of uncommon complexity.
Both FEW Rye and Bourbon are available at our Fairview Height’s store.

Stagg, Sazerac Rye 18, Old Rip Van Winkle and Buffalo Trace. Using these award-winning barrels from Buffalo Trace provided its own flavor and unique characteristics to the Tequila.
