Chateau Saint- Cyrgues Cuvee Anna 2012
This Rose is blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignane, and arguably one of the better values I have run across so far. A little deeper pink than some, it delivers plump berry fruit and watermelon with a hint of spice . A touch of residual sugar and loaded with fruit, this rose is a crowd-pleaser, versatile and well priced at $9.99!

Weston Brew Labs No. 4 is a malty amber lager that is innocent enough. We then add fresh-cut mangoes and habaneros to the recently fermented beer. The flavors help create a beer that will remind you of the cuisine of the West Indies.
O’Malley’s IPA is another beer that started out as a Brew Labs 22oz. This IPA is built for wider appeal than some of its cousins. With 7.5% abv and 89 IBU it still has all that you expect from an IPA, but with a smoother finish than one might expect.
O’Malley’s Cream Ale -golden in color- is a smooth, sweet and creamy brew with a light floral hop nose, malty middle and smooth finish. Don’t miss the brew that started it all.
Li’l Lucy’s Hot Pepper Ale started out as an experiment. Weston Brew Labs #2. It became the most popular 22oz beer we produced so it graduated to 12oz. Li’l Lucy is a light, golden ale steeped with fresh serrano and jalapeno peppers. Great for those with a love for the heat. It is also great for cooking.
Perhaps you heard of a worldwide beer-movement that tributes favorite hipster neighbourhoods across the globe. First came Istedgade, Copenhagen then Södermalm, Stockholm followed by Williamsburg, New York and Shoreditch, London accompanied by Trastevere, Rome & last El Raval, Barcelona. If you feel excluded because you’re hip but your city is not, this cutting-edge, ‘hip without borders’ pale ale is an homage to you – the global hipster. Cheers!
We’re thrilled to annouce that Drop Kick Ale was the gold medal winner at the 2010 Lallemand “Brain of Brewers” competition in Denver Colorado in the Amber Ale catagory. This concoction bears the best of an American brown ale and an Enlgish stye bitter to tickle your taste buds pint after pint.
We are pleased to announce the arrival of 2 barrels of Knob Creek Single Barrel Whiskey to our Missouri stores. A small band of store managers traveled down to the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont KY and selected 3 barrels of Knob Creek Single Barrel Whiskey. The first 2 have arrived at our Missouri stores and the third is due in our Illinois store shortly.
Pyramid Thunderhead IPA
We heap the hops into each batch of our Thunderhead IPA. A golden nectar with a striking floral aroma, Thunderhead holds a harmonious balance between its bold hop bitterness and subtle malt backbone.
Pyramid Discord Dark IPA
Discord Dark IPA celebrates the marriage of two distinct styles, the Dark Ale and the IPA. The traditional bitterness of an IPA is juxtaposed against a black malt canvas, creating an ale that keeps your taste buds working to discover all the unique flavors imparted by the 5 different hops and 5 different malts.
