Varnelli Amaro Sibilla
For fans of Italian bitter liqueurs, this is an excellent and interesting amaro.
Varnelli handcrafts its amaro, even grinding all the dry spices and herbs with a mortar and pestle. This complex, nutty, quite bitter amaro gets a bit of sweetness from wild mountain honey. Once blended, it is decanted and aged for several months. Rich and elegant, with aromas of chestnuts, coffee and flowers and a long bittersweet finish. mix with tonic, ice and lemon rind or try it in a Negroni.

Espirit de June Liqueur
A sweet, flowery liqueur from Cognac, infused with the blossoms of Ugni Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and other grape varietals.
This unique liqueur is crafted from the vine-flowers of Ugni Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. These delicate flowers only blossom for a few days in June (hence the name), and must be harvested by hand as soon as they emerge. Each type of flower is then infused with neutral grape spirit, which is then distilled in a Florentine pot still (the same sort used by master perfume makers). The distillates are then blended together and distilled once again to unify the flavors and create an impeccably smooth liqueur.
